We want you to love it, but understand sometimes you don’t! In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All personalized items are ineligible for return. 

2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us using the form on the website or via email at hgrovedesigns@gmail.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will reach out to you letting you know if the item is eligible for return. 
- Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all pieces.
- Ship the item back to us using a reliable shipping method with tracking information.
- Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

3. Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within three days of receiving the product. You are responsible for opening items and ensuring there is no shipping damage upon receipt. Failure to do so will not constitute an exception to the three day policy. 
- We may request pictures or other evidence of the damage or defect.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item or arrange for a replacement, depending on the specific circumstances.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
- All personalized items non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective. 

7. Store Credit:
- In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund for returned items.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and is usually valid for one year from the date of issue.

8. Customer Responsibilities:
- Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Any items returned without proper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
- Please retain proof of shipment until we confirm receipt of the returned item.
